 Overview: Most people who design applications look at databases in an application specific manner and so we end up with databases that have an inferiority complex.  Databases want to be normal!  Join me for a fun and informative session psychoanalyzing databases that suffer from being non-normal and learn techniques for making sure your next database design doesn't become a future candidate for analysis!

 

   Bio: Leslie Andrews is an IT professional with 15 years experience in analysis, design, development, maintenance and enhancement of Enterprise level applications and the databases that are used by those applications.  She has worked primarily with IBM DB2, MySQL, and MS SQL Server using Delphi, Java and C# to create client/server and web based database applications.
